WooCommerce Shop page doesnt respect layout element

Hi,
I created layouts for WC pages, cart, checkout, my account and shop. All of them except shop respect what I defined in layout element.
What might be the reason?

I'm guessing the display rule is incorrect.
What is the layout element consist of?
Can you make sure product archives is used in the display rules of the shop page?
Thanks Leo, adding "Product Archives" into Display Rules solved the issue. I didnt understand why adding it as "page" does not work.
