[Support request] Woocommerce Shop Page

Hello Support,

I will be using custom designed woocommerce page. Therfore, I want to hide the default woocommerce shop page.

It does not work when I de-select in Woocommerce > setting > Products > “select shop page is blank”

I then deleted the Shop page and surprisingly it still appears.

Can you please help?

So the page you linked doesn’t actually exist under Dashboard > Pages?

If so then this sounds like a caching issue. Any caching plugins or server cache?

I have my site on VPS (Ubuntu + NGINX).

No cache plugin used in WordPress.

And…

Under; Dashboard > Pages….there is no shop page.

Hmm unfortunately I’m not sure why this would be the case.

So under Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products Tab, nothing is selected under Shop page?

If so you might need to check with WooCommerce’ support to see if they have any ideas.
