WooCommerce shop front has 2 URLs

Hello,
I would like to know if it's normal to have the exact same page on example.com/ and on example.com/shop/
I don't have access to the page /shop/ in the back office so I can't modify the meta title / meta description or even hide this page to google.
I have only access to the page shop (linked with woocommerce) that shows on example.com.
Not sure I explain my problem well.

I believe that's because the home page is also the shop page.
Maye check the settings in Dashboard > Settings > Products > Shop page.
Seems can't remove it.
What do you think is the best?
Add a 301 redirect or add a noindex in robot.txt for example.com/shop ? (I just want to index the homepage example.com)
