I have a website with woocommerce in which the product ratings tab doesnt appear.
I’ve tried changing the theme and the ratings tab is ok, so I think that must be some adjustment in the customizer of GP that I can’t find …
Can you help me?September 10, 2019 at 11:54 am #1006082LeoStaffCustomer Support
Is the product tabs set to display in the customizer?
Let me know 🙂September 10, 2019 at 12:01 pm #1006087Juan Carlos
Yes, this option is active.September 10, 2019 at 12:03 pm #1006089LeoStaffCustomer Support
You are referring to the review tab in single product pages as seen here?
Can you link me to a single product page in your site? The site isn’t in English so I couldn’t find it 🙂September 10, 2019 at 12:06 pm #1006094Juan Carlos

Weird. The code for the tabs isn’t showing up at all.
If you are sure the option is checked in the customizer, can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?
Please temporarily comment out the custom CSS too and see if any of them is causing the issues – I see a few related to tabs.

Now you can see the product without active plugins and without any css code, but with the same problem.September 10, 2019 at 12:26 pm #1006101LeoStaffCustomer SupportSeptember 10, 2019 at 12:32 pm #1006104Juan Carlos
That was the solution, the advanced tab…
Thank you very much, I was already going crazy.
Even so, on pages with elementor it doesn’t work. I guess I have to ask them, right?September 10, 2019 at 12:34 pm #1006105LeoStaffCustomer SupportSeptember 10, 2019 at 10:42 pm #1006409Juan Carlos
