Hi guys, when I try to change the colour of woocommerce product titles with the customizer, it also changes the colour of the entire product description? Can’t seem to get it sorted out. It’s on a staging site, so I’ll have to give you password.

I’m seeing the same error. Your SSL certificate isn’t working – I wonder if that could be causing the issue?

I think the SSL isn’t working because it is a subdomain for the staging site, would that be right?

It opens fine on my computers firefox or chrome so not sure what is going on. Thanks for trying.

That could definitely be it. I’m not sure why we’re getting that error. It looks like it could be coming from a plugin?: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sorry-there-was-an-error-please-be-sure-javascript-and-cookies-are-enabled/

This usually means there is broken HTML on the page somewhere. For example, an <a> element was opening, but it wasn’t closed </a>.

Does the issue go away if you temporarily remove the product description from that product?

Thanks Tom. I checked, but no broken HTML. But I did have a link at the bottom of the short description, when I moved it up the top it fixed the problem for some some reason.

    Hi there,

that definitely sounds like something was breaking the HTML. What happens if you put the anchor back where it was now?
