WooCommerce Product page tabs not showing

Good day,

I have installed a plugin called "Custom Product Tabs" I have tried to add my custom tabs to the WooCommerce product, it adds the tabs, but when I try to view the product page from the front end, the tabs dont show, niether does the "product long description" show. I am not sure why this is.
Please advise.

This is a default set up with GP and Woo so the options are definitely working:

Does this work normally if you disable the Custom Product Tabs?

Hi Leo,

Thank you for your reply, I have disabled the Custom Product Tabs plugin on the site, but the product is still not showing the tabs or product long description.

Please advise.

So the Display product tabs option is checked as per my link above?
