WooCommerce Product Name hover

I'd like to change the Product name color, and also have it change color on hover.
Similar to what Amazon does (see https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_il_ti_photo?fst=as%3Aon&rh=n%3A172282%2Cn%3A502394%2Ck%3Acameras&keywords=cameras&ie=UTF8&qid=1549321051&lo=photo)
Is there a way to do that through the customizer? Or does it need custom CSS?

The options should be in Customizer > Colors > WooCommerce.
Always check the customizer first :)
