Woocommerce not loading at cart page

Hi There

I am having a recurring issue with my cart not being able to go to check out.

Once I load an item in the cart, I fill in the customer details but I can't checkout.

Also, if you have a look at the layout of "coupon code" box, its outside the box

and

The "apply coupon" button font is too dark to see and I'm not able to change the font colour to be able to be seen.
