woocommerce, elementor in GP Premium

Hi,
I cannot edit the shop-page with elementor free. I continuously get the message 'Preview Could Not Be Loaded'. All other pages, including product pages can be edited with elementor.
I have tried all the solutions suggested in the "'Preview Could Not Be Loaded' page.
I will not upgrade to elementor pro, if this cannot be solved.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,
Sorry I'm not too familiar with what you can use Elementor for but generally it cannot be used in an archive (shop, blog etc) page like that.
Have you checked with their support?
