Hey guys, I’ve been working on my site recently and I don’t know why but now Generatepress seems to be defaulting my entire store to mobile version? If you see here, every time I try accessing the site from Chrome incognito mode I am getting mobile display settings on my desktop. I’ve tried on a few different systems and it seems like any laptop that doesn’t have an older version of my site cached is displaying the store in mobile version?

This is the way the store should correctly display the product pages according to my current settings on Generatepress:

But when I load the same page in incognito mode it looks like this:

    TOP OF PAGE:

    BOTTOM OF PAGE:

It seems that the problem happens every time Woocommerce is being used, and the rest of the site is unaffected for some reason.

Here is how the SHOP page should be displaying correctly on desktop:

Here is how it looks now:

This problem is also affecting Woocommerce shortcodes as well! Here is a shortcode that should be displaying 4 columns of products side-by-side on our blog, but is instead displaying them all vertically as if I was browsing on a phone:

How can I get Generatepress to display the Woocommerce content as indicated in the Customizer? This wasn’t an issue when I first installed GP onto our site/store and I don’t really know when the problem started occurring. Any help would be appreciated… thanks.

    Hi there,

looks like a caching issue. Can you flush and disable the cache to see if the problem clears.
If to it is generally caused by combing CSS Styles in the cache settings, this is messing up the order of the CSS. Let me know.

Hmm ok I tried flushing out the cache and tweaking minify in W3Total Cache to play nicer with Woocommerce… it seems to have fixed it, but I’ll let you know if it happens again 🙂 Thanks….
