It looks like a mobile layout on desktop (mobile looks fine) I’ve played around with the layout settings in customiser and nothing changes. Has anyone else had this, can you help? Here’s my layout (pls check on desktop) https://www.thesacredwomb.com/shop/ April 4, 2019 at 4:51 am #859286 DavidStaff Customer Support Hi there, looks like a caching problem. Try flushing Autoptimize. If that doesn’t solve it after a browser refresh then flush it again and disable autoptimize. April 4, 2019 at 4:53 am #859289 Melanie Swan Thanks Dave. Where do I find that in the Generatepress customise settings? I don’t have Autoptimize plugin installed. I’d done a ‘masterflush’ of my cache at server level. (that makes no difference) April 4, 2019 at 4:57 am #859290 DavidStaff Customer Support Sorry i made the assumption you were using Autoptimize which is a separate plugin. Which cached plugin are you using? It is that cache that needs flushing. April 4, 2019 at 4:58 am #859291 Melanie Swan ah ok. I’m using SG Optimiser. I’ve done a master flush of the cache at server level and also flushed the SG Cache from my website with no change. This error only appeared yesterday after I’d updated woocommerce. Perhaps it’s an error / clash with woo? April 4, 2019 at 5:04 am #859293 DavidStaff Customer Support Can you flush and then disable the SG Optimizer so i can take a look as currently it is not using the correct CSS for the grid. April 4, 2019 at 5:09 am #859299 Melanie Swan ok, SG optimiser flushed, then de-activated. I checked the store and it’s now displaying correctly. I can go through the SG settings and see which one it was. To help though, is it something to do with the way it’s compressing the CSS? April 4, 2019 at 5:18 am #859307 DavidStaff Customer Support Yes, its generally caused if CSS files are combined but personally i don’t use that Plugin as i have seen a few issues with it especially related to Woocommerce. Similar issues occur with other cache plugins that are not correctly configured.
