woocommerce description title shows twice

Hmmmm... not sure when this happened, but our woo commerce products have the long description title twice on the page. The second Description looks like some working title with a little hammer next to it. How on earth can I get rid of the extra one?

There is an error code but I have no idea what to do with it:
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
Could this be the cause?
I doubt it. curl28 is usually a server issue.
So have you tried #1 in the article linked above?
