Hi Adolfo,
Depending on your menu settings, the Color of the cart icon can either be set on Appearance > Customize > Colors > WooCommerce or on Appearance > Customize > Colors > Primary menu. The icon will inherit what's set as the text color for the primary menu in this setting.
You can try playing around with the settings of these two. Let us know how it goes.
Elvin, you are absolutely right it worked, change in Appearance > Customize > Colors > Primary menu , what a fool I am I locked myself that it was only in Woocommerce, thank you very much to both of you.
