Woocommerce categories in secondary menu (sidebar)

Hi.
There is some way to place the Woocommerce categories within the secondary menu in the sidebar.
I need the menu to show the categories of woocommerce products, without the need for me to add them manually.

The Secondary Nav requires you to create a menu in "Appearance > Menus". So you'd have to do manually add the product categories into a menu, and then apply it to the Secondary Menu location.
I'm not sure if it's possible to add them automatically unfortunately.
