[Support request] Woocommerce additional form

Hi,

One of the products I want to offer on my website is going to be a downloadable PDF. However, I will require additional information from the customer which I want to get from that in a form, and then will deliver the PDF to the customer in a few days time via email.

So what I want the customer to do is select the product from the woocommerce shop on the website and add it to the cart, and as soon as they click checkout, they are taken to a form they need to fill out before they pay.

Is this possible? Or is there an addon that will allow me to do this?

Hi there,

You would need to use an extension for either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. I’m sure one exists for each of them 🙂
