[Support request] Woo commerce Single product help!

There is a woo commerce store in my generate press theme, I’ve set the flat rate for shipping per order quantity as 2.50 USD as [qty]*2.50 if the shipment is in USA (Zone is United States)

Now for a single product I need it be listed as $100 including shipping, but the issue here is, it will add another 2.50 for shipping as standard for USA zone, which has to be avoided for that single product alone.

Help appreciated, though this is about woo commerce.
