[Support request] woo commerce product customisation

Hi

I have recently moved over to GP with varying results, some left me wondering why it took me so long and others left me wanting more. The customisation of a woocommerce product is a great example.

Forgive such a basic question but is there customisation as a option?

This is the type of thing I need to do;

Happy for someone to point me in the right direction, if I have missed something really obvious.
