Sorry guys for bothering you again. Having a 'mare'

I am using woo commerce/Elementor Pro and GP Pro (staging site kinsta)

I have been having all kinds of issues with the add to cart Elementor widget displaying properly

Dave kindly gave me some code (below) which seemed to sort out how it displayed on the laptop, however on my ipad i have the orginal issue of a big gap between the title of the variable options in this case TAP and then option and COLOUR and then the variable option etc. I have tried placing it in coloumns to stop it spreading out, but no success on ipad. Any suggestions on a way forward. I am stuck. Dosent even let me choose options on my (ancient) ipad) many thanks Paul

Hi there,

I just took a look at this on my iPad and I'm not seeing a big gap. Any chance you can show me a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Let me know :)

Hi there,

cannot open the image. Can you provide it as a public share?

OK - so is this using the Safari browser? If so what version? If not what ? :)

Safari browser through old ipad. Just worried how its showing on ipad type devices. However this morning loaded it up on new ipad (freinds) and it looked fine so am confused. I have wrapped add to cart box in coloumn etc as suggested. Look s fine on laptop

it may just be my old ipad ??

it says ios 9.3.5

I have tested on a more recent device not running the latest iOS and it works fine for me. So it looks like a legacy browser issue.

OK - just looked a little deeper - so that would be running Safari 9 which has a known flexbox bug that results in the issue you see here.

okay so newer Safari 10/11/12 should hopefully be fine?
if thats the case then i will just run with that and hope folks have newer devices than me
thanks

The bug was rectified in 10.1 so all should be fine.

thanks again Dave, you guys are a fountain of knowledge.

Haha we try :) Glad we could be of help
