With Mobile Header ON Hamburger Menu is disabled

Hi Tom, the latest updates (today) fixed the problem. I removed your temporary CSS and the hamburger menu expands now. (GP Premium 1.7.5 and GP 2.2.1)

For the iPhoneX landscape view, I just decreased the size of my logo so the navigation won't wrap.
