Will AMP for WP plugin work with GP theme?

I'm learning gutenberg on a staging site from my production site. I also want to start making AMP pages. Does the AMP for WP plugin work with the GP basic & GP premium themes?

If a plugin is built to work with themes, it will work with GP.
