widget image won't update

I'm trying to change the size of my image in the Image widget on my left sidebar. I'm opening the widget, changing the size from "Thumbnail" to "Medium" in the dropdown. Also selecting a different alignment. This normally works, but nothing is changing now...
Is it working with any other widgets? It might be something you have to ask the plugin author.
