Hi
I need help running widget filter.
I can not put widget filter only on product page.
For example why Transformer wants to have: shop / category / product
Then a widget filter will appear
With price filtering / manufacturers / company / weight etc ..
Thanks for the helpers
Hi Jacob,
To have a better understanding of the issue, may you provide the link to the site in question. Moreover, can you also provide screenshots displaying the issue at hand?

Filter menu for filtering products
As on this site: https://www.chewy.com/b/dry-food-11729
Product filtering will only be on the products page.
Once I put a sidebar it appears on the main page, categories.
That I do not want it to appear there
Thank you for clarifying.
This doesn’t seem like a website using our theme or any of our products. Is this built with WordPress? In any case, this may be out of our scope of support.
Can you try reaching out to the support of its CMS/e-commerce platform and see if they may assist you regarding this?
Hope you get to resolve this. :)
Hi Fernando
I brought you a link to the Illustrate website that will show you which sidebar I mean.
gp premium has sidebars also customized there is an option for this.
My intention was that the sidebar would not appear under "Categories"
That it will only appear in "products"
Hi there,
if you want to display different widgets in the same sidebar for different templates then you will need a plugin like this:
Hi David.
What I just want is to remove sidebar woocommerce category page.
But leave sidebar woocommerce products
I have tried using some Custom Sidebars plugins but they all continue to show me this in the Categories area

It'll be helpful to see the actual sample page so we can check it and figure out what steps can be done based on what it presents.
I wanted to recommend Layout Element's Sidebar tab feature -
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/#sidebar
You can set it to "Content (no sidebars)" w/ display rule location set to "Product categories".
But I'm not exactly sure if this solution is an appropriate fit as I'm not sure how your site's sidebar is added.
This is my site

Try using the Layout Element:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/
You can set the Content / No Sidebar option
And for the Display Rules set the Location to: Product Archive
David.Works great!!! Thank you
Glad to hear that
