widget error

I used site library and installed a theme, but when i go to widget there are errors, pls see the screenshot,
This error appears for all the positions, eg: footer header etc.
Also I cannot delete an existing widget.
In earlier forum you had asked to add a snippet.
Can you explain where to add that snippet, I did not try doing it.
