Why Off Canvas Panel showing in footer lol

Here is the website link can you see the footer the Off Canvas Panel is showing on the bottom of the page and when i check in mobile so its the top menu does not work and it scroll me down to the bottom of page.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

I did what you suggested but still same error occurs.
Are all plugins disabled right now?
I'm still seeing WP Rocket activated in the source code.
Please make sure all plugins are disabled including any server and hosting level cache.
