[Support request] why my website only has texts after applying the theme in site library

Sorry, I didn’t know how to upload image here. My problem is when I use the theme called “Prime” in your site libray, the page is totally different from that in your teaching vedio, I got only texts in an empty page, no images, no menus…

Yes, I had followed the tutorial document to choose theme Prime, and clicked the option from 1~3, then it showed “View Your Site”, but actually my page is empty except for few tesxs over there. I tried for a lot of times, delete premium plugin and re-install, but the result was the same.I also tried for other themes in site library, and it also has the problem.
How can i know what’s the error and how to fix it?

Yes, I’m trying other themes, i just realized that it maybe because I have used other theme before I tried Prime, so that the database was not clean. Do you have any suggestion to clear up my database totally so i could start my work over? Thanks.
