Why my website doesn't adapt to the mobile screens?

Hello there,
I'm building a website to sell T-Shirts. I'm using GeneratePress Pro, WooCommerce, Printful, and on some pages Elementor Pro. On the pages that I'm using Elementor Pro the website works well on mobile devices also on the PC screen everything seems ok, but when I switch to the mobile screen the rest of the site gets messy.
I'm not a tech guy and it is my first e-commerce website. I'm using "CSS Hero" plugin to modify and tune the WooCommerce pages. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and why the website doesn't adapt to the mobile screens.
Please, could someone tell me what I have to do to solve this issue?

Can you first disable CSS Hero plugin to see see if it fixes the issue?
If not can you guide me to a page with the problem?
