I have now make the #1 but i have use WP Rocket and i cant deactivate the Plugin its possible the problem is here ?

It could be – why can’t you deactivate WP Rocket?

I think it’s due to this CSS (see source code):
<style id="rocket-critical-css">[...]body{min-width:767px}</style>

Unfortunately it’s really hard to tell with all of your CSS and HTML minified like that.

Temporarily turning off WP Rocket will make it much easier to debug.
