i don't believe that the problem was on plugins.

When a want to load the mobil website, wordpress give me 2 options for loading.
Once looks like a blog (site with mobile) and the other one is a normal web (site complete). You know?

When the people enter on my website, Always I want to open only with the site complete .

Are you using Jetpack? If so could you check if the mobile site theme is activated?

If I'm understanding, are you wanting your site to look the same on mobile as it does on desktop?
