Why is the retina logo showing above the header, only in tablet?

When I add a "retina logo" it shows up ABOVE the "logo". Why is that? It shows the retina logo, and below it the regular logo (header image). I just want the header image.
Resolved: I just realized the "site logo" was different from the "retina logo".
