Why is not white of the text color?

hi,
pls check the screenshot below

1. i choose the white color for the text
2. i also choose the white color as the background color of the button

but, why they are not white color?

please guide and help me to solve this issue.

i remember the previous tools is very clear, since you update, it seems more complex?

Hi there,

the Gradient Background is sitting in front of those blocks.

You can select a Block and set its z-index to 1 which will also make it position relative and then it will display in front of the gradient.

You may want to place your text blocks inside their own Container Block, and then you just need to change that Containers z-index

i just want to change the color of the background image darken, dont want to change the color of the text in front of the background image.

Hi Paul,

Try placing those text inside a new Container Block as mentioned by David. Then give the Container Block a high z-index value like 10000.

The z-index option should be in the Layout Section of the Container Block settings.
