Why is my website showing gzip NOT compressed on GTmetrix after clearing cache?

Hey there,
I'm really new to all this so i'm having a little problem and i was wondering if you guys could help me...
If i clear all my cache then do the GTMetrix test, it shows Gzip Compressed = ZERO
If i click on "Re-Test" my ratings significantly improves and i get Gzip Compressed = 71
I have gzip enabled in the CPanel of my host, and i have it enabled on W3 as well.. i tried disabling one of them to see if that helped me but unfortunately i didnt..
Could you guys point me to the right direction here?

Hmm can you redirect this question to your host first and see if they have some ideas?
Might be good to check in W3 support as they probably get questions like this time to time.
