Why doesn’t my password protected page work on mobile? It works on my desktop and my tablet. Anything obvious that comes to mind, as to why this could be happening?

Hi there,
I Googled the question and looks like a pretty common problem.
I believe WordPress just doesn’t support it. Someone suggested a possible solution here though:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cannot-open-password-protected-page-on-mobiles/Iphone 4 is the culprit. Dinosaur technology. Even clearing the browser cache multiple times didn’t work. However, on a new Iphone 6, the password protected page worked. Go figure.
