White space between elements page hero and 1st section

Hi Guys,

Have an issue that i really cant fix. On my front page i have added a page hero using elements, and then I have a couple of sections.
Above each section i have a border, using css

#generate-section-1.section-border {
border-top: 3px solid #1e73be;
}
#generate-section-2.section-border {
border-top: 3px solid #1e73be;
}

The border for sction 2 is fine, but the border for section 1, there is some white space. I cant find out the padding thats causing this anyway (if it is padding)

You can see the gap between the bottom of the page hero and the top border.
I did set this up on a test site and it works fine, so there must be some setting different on this site, but i have spent hours and i cant find it.
