White space before title

Hi the site https://www.maararoa.org.nz/wp/about/ has excessive white space between global header and Page title, Is there a simple way to reduce this?

The space is coming from the top content padding:

And bottom header padding:

And the container padding from GenerateBlocks:

Is there a reason why GB's is needed here?
Thanks I mininised them so they look better than before. I deleted GB I was just trialling it asnt I hadn't used it before
