White page when using child theme

Hi admin, i very love your theme Generatepress
but i have a problem, when i use childtheme. it always cause white page.i downloaded childtheme on your website
i try to turn off plugin but nothing happen
i have to use Parent theme, and it work fine
can u tell me how to fix this problem
