where this strange blue border comes from?

Hi,
in my offsite canvas suddenly appear this blue border I can't find out where it comes from.
Can you help finding what's generating it?

yes it is working, it's a password protected website, not login.
you will be required username (silvio) and password (g8l1z14)
That's your browser focusing on that item. The blue ring is an accessibility feature.
Not sure why it's focusing there though. Does the issue go away if you remove the hover code we added previously?
Nope, and stays there even if I remove all the custom css I added.
It came out suddenly as soon as I changed the menu used in the slideout.
I even tried to use another menu. Same issue. I can't image what is generating that.
Any idea?
