Where is video background feature in the Elements?

Hi, in the old version of GP Premium I had got the opportunity to add video background.

After implementing of Elements, I do not see that opportunity.
Was this feature remove?

I'm not too sure what you mean?

The tutorial above allows you to simply copy and paste CSS - no need for anything else :)
