Where can I find Theme Builder after installation

Hello
I bought GeneratePress Premium a long time ago.
Unfortunately I can't find the theme builder. It's just not there for me.
According to the documentation video, the functions should be selectable on the page under "Start Customizing".
But there isn't. Apart from customizing, only import/export then start.

Leider finde ich aber den Theme Builder nicht. Es ist bei mir einfach nicht vorhanden.

There isn't actually an option named "theme builder".

But I can't find all these settings.
I bought Premium last year. Version: 2.1.2
As I understand it now, I need the additional plugins -> GenerateBlocks and Generate Blocks Pro.
Apparently not included in my premium?
