When scrolling down other menu color

Hi I have a transparant menu but I want to menu to be another color when scrolling down. Is this possible with some css?
Hi there,
if you set the color of the Primary Navigation in the Customiser this will be used on the Sticky Header. You then use the options in the Page Header to set the navigation to transparent.
