what to use elementor or your setup

i am upgrading my site and have uploaded all the elementor tools to pro. What would be the easyist way to degign this site! using elementor or your set up uinder customizer. We are a carpet cleaning business and i was looking to find the best Layout for that. Here is the original site that will be redone but i made a clone of the siite and added new to the url. Could use some good advise on this move!

Am I correct to assume you don't have much experience with HTML and CSS?
If that's the case then Elementor is likely your best bet.
