What is this popup wi die for hyperlinks?

When you click on the hyperlinks on this page you get a popup window with information about the external link

How is this achieved do you believe?

Hi there,

that would require a Tooltip plugin - theres quite a few on the WP repository - like this one:

Which does include Trusted Sources from places like wikipedia but its part of their Pro version.

It’s not something I’ll implement yet. But just thought it was interesting as I’ve seen a bunch of sites do it
