When you click on the hyperlinks on this page you get a popup window with information about the external link

How is this achieved do you believe?

Hi there,

that would require a Tooltip plugin – theres quite a few on the WP repository – like this one:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/

Which does include Trusted Sources from places like wikipedia but its part of their Pro version.
