what if i dont renew the theme?

I am due to renew today, what if I don't renew, will my sites with your theme won't work? or become vulnerable? will your premium theme work but without any further updates, please answer.
Hi there,
your existing plugin will continue to work.
You will just no longer receive updates or premium support.
Renewals after your license expires still receive the 40% discount at the present time.
