What code controls menu functionality in "Crypto" site

Hello,
I was wondering what code controls the behavior of the navigation menu in the "Crypto" site from the site library. Specifically the navigation menu immediately reappearing when scrolling up the page without having to scroll all the way to the top of the page.
Hopefully I described that in a way that makes sense.

It's using sticky navigation with hide when scrolling down option activated.
