why we had weird url like this index at search engine
when open that url
appear url like this
please check why had this issue?

Hi there,
The theme doesn't do anything to your site URL at all - you can verify by activating a twenty series default theme.
To debug, I would recommend disabling all plugins to see if there any of them is causing the issue.
If that doesn't help then it would be a good idea to check with your hosting support.
