Weird footer issue

Hi, I have a weird sub-footer on the bottom of my page. Can't figure out how to get rid of it. Here's what it looks like:

Extra grey area, with "//" text.
Ideally it's just a white area with no text. Any suggestions how to fix? It's across all the footers of my website. But I've turned off footer, and can't figure it out.
