Weird Error Message on Dashboard

Hi guys,
I love this theme and use it on many sites.
My own personal site is having fits today. I am working with my host. He is saying plugins. But nothing has changed on my site in months.
First there was a problem with my database which the host fixed. Then the site would hang, and they said plugins. So then I checked my site again and saw this on my dashboard, it got cut off under the left navigation:
st in /home/metroecd/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 2962
Notice: Undefined index: host in /home/metroecd/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 3024
Does it mean anything to anyone here?
Thanks for your attention to this matter,
Jen
And now my host is saying:
I don't know what's going on, seems the only way to display the page is by appending "/index.php" after the website name (https turns out not being the problem)
Which makes no sense to me. They also apparently switched to https recently. Shouldn't they have told me? I'm getting a redirect loop and that must be why. Right?
NEVERMIND
They found it. They had removed a line from my database...or whatever. Thanks guys.
Hosting recommendations?
Glad they got it working.
Siteground is great for cheaper hosting. Then there's options like Kinsta etc.. :)
