I manage a WP Multisite installation for a client, and after installing the latest GeneratePress theme the footer on the main site/subdomain is all messed up, yet that’s not the case on any of the other 5 sites. I have not touched the code in any way, and the HTML is practically identical on every site because the main site was used as a template from which all subsites were cloned. None of the subsites are having trouble, yet the formatting on the main site is all screwed up.

The main site URL which has the problem is https://thelandrgroup.com.

I have gone through every single setting on every single screen on every single row and for every single element WITHIN every row on the site that’s messed up to compare the settings with the subsites which are still working correctly… They all match. I cannot find any explanation for this issue, and it’s happening in all 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox & Explorer).

Please help me get to the bottom of this. I’m not sure how troubleshoot or fix the problem.

    Hi there,

do you have another site link i can compare this to?
The footer also looks like BeaverBuilder so not sure why updating the theme would cause an issue. But happy to take a look.

It seems the problem site is missing a bunch of custom Beaver Builder CSS that the other site has.

I’m not a Beaver Builder expert, but how does the element look while editing it inside Beaver Builder? Normal?

If so, maybe it’s a caching issue?
