Website won't show premium theme

I just installed the premium theme on another website and even though I entered in the activation code, it's not showing the premium theme, only the free one. Why is this happening?
Hi Michael,
Did you mean that you aren't seeing any premium features even though you've installed the premium "plugin"?
If so can you double check that the premium add-ons are activated?
