Website doesn't load the theme properly

Hi,
Can I ask for help? I'm not sure why my site doesn't show properly when go live. When I'm on the admin page, everything was fine. Once I logout from admin and view as public user, everything goes haywire.

If you navigate to different posts, it'll start to go haywire. Even my author box which should have a grey colored container was not shown.
Sorry, after trial and error. I realised it is the cache issues as I change the permalink of some posts but it was not updated.
