[Support request] Webpage freezes and not scrolling

I noticed a strange problem on my website the webpage does not scroll down beyond a particular point and freezes. Request your urgent help to resolve this. I am not even able to click Home tab on home page and it does not scroll even little on home page. It is happening even on mobile. Pls help urgently

Got it. You were right there was cache plug-in that froze it.
Funny, i had the plug-in installed for months, but it never had any issue before.
